At The Top is a family attraction.  Guests are asked to behave appropriately. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to guests and may be cause for ejection without refund.

Dress Code

Burj Khalifa maintains a dress code in keeping with our family environment. Clothing with inappropriate words, phrases or graphics is prohibited. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. All clothing is subject to management review and discretion. Admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.

Line Jumping

Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.

Language

Guests using profanity or abusive language, or gestures may be ejected without refund.

No Smoking

Burj Khalifa is a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is prohibited everywhere.

Pets

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of working service animals.

The following items are not permitted at any time:

• Magic markers, spray paint
• Alcohol
• Aerosol cans
• Glass bottles
• Knives
• Fireworks/explosives
• Firearms/ammunition
• Chemical weapons, mace/pepper spray
• Multi-tools
• Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in At The Top.

Photography

Burj Khalifa requests that all photographs or videos taken by guests be reserved for their personal use and enjoyment only.  Any use, reuse or reproduction for commercial purposes without the expressed written consent of Emaar is prohibited.  At The Top is protected by copyright. Guests must have written permission to use photographs and/or videotape of At The Top images for commercial broadcasting, advertising, marketing or publishing in any medium.

Inclement Weather

For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
