The package guarantees a distinctive culinary experience featuring the finest selection of beverages and cuisine leaving guests with a feeling of travelling all around the world in one night through the hotel’s varying food and beverage outlets.

Thiptara
Thiptara meaning ‘The Magic at the Water', serves refined Bangkok-style seafood and Royal Thai cuisine. Situated in a stand-alone building right out on the lake, adorned with glowing torches and with prime views of the Burj Dubai and The Dubai Fountain, the unique space boats a romantic ambience. Its high ceilings and dark wood carvings beautifully contrast the more contemporary furniture.

Ewaan
The Arabian all-day dining restaurant Ewaan evokes a truly regional theme evident in the regal arches and wooden trellis. Arabic and Oriental dishes are served from live cooking stations and buffet along with coffee and shisha on the outdoor terrace. Ewaan also accommodates traditional private dining alcoves for a little seclusion.
Located on the ground floor of The Palace.
Open daily for breakfast from 6 to 10:30 a.m., for buffet lunch from 12 noon to 3:00pm and for buffet dinner from 7 p.m. until 12 midnight. A la carte choice is available from midday to midnight.
Ewaan Friday Brunch
Every Friday, relax in the sunshine and enjoy a fabulous brunch buffet on the terrace of Ewaan. Enjoy a delightful combination of traditional Arabic specialties and Continental cuisine, a wide selection of pastries and diverse other gourmet surprises at our live stations coupled with free flowing bubbly and house beverages.
The Ewaan Friday Brunch is priced at AED 390 per person inclusive of free-flowing bubbly and house beverages and at AED 245 per person inclusive of soft drinks.
Asado
The rustic Argentinean grill restaurant is the perfect place for succulent meat cuts prepared in the Asador Criollo-style served with selected Argentinean wines. Dine outside in cooler months to make the most of the terrace or relax in the warmly lit interior whilst enjoying Tango and live entertainment.

The Palace Lobby Lounge
The Lobby Lounge offers indulgence in a truly palatial Arabian atmosphere with breathtaking panorama of the lake and The Dubai Fountain and stunning views over the world’s most spectacular destination.
Enjoy a choice of premium beverages, exclusive teas and coffees. Everyday from 3pm to 6pm, partake in afternoon tea and treat your tastes buds to an exclusive colour coded selection of specialty teas by Dammann. Traditional English scones, a selection of finger sandwiches, delectable pastries and fresh strawberries and cream are served with afternoon tea.
